Two Print Locations

Prices listed include one print location. A second location is added per piece based on quantity:

  • Small Batch (34–49): +$6 / piece
  • Standard (50–74): +$5 / piece
  • Volume (75–149): +$4 / piece

Discharge is a one-time job charge (per color). Design services are $75/hr.

Add-ons

  • Discharge ink: one-time per color, per job — Small $50 / Standard $75 / Volume $100
  • Rush & specialty inks: quoted

Estimates are reviewed and may be updated depending on size run (2XL/3XL priced higher than XS–XL). 3+ colors are quoted.

Size run is required and must match Quantity.

Total (incl. size upcharge): $0.00

Submitting sends your estimate request to Crosshatch Press for review. You will receive a QuickBooks estimate to approve. Turn around time is 2–3 weeks + shipping. If you need a job faster, rush charges will be added to the estimate.

Tax will be calculated after review of estimate. Tax can be waived with a valid CA Seller's Permit.

Terms & Conditions Terms

  1. Ordering & Minimums
    Minimums are based on ink colors per print location:
    1 color: minimum 34 pieces
    2 colors: minimum 54 pieces
    3 colors: minimum 60 pieces (quoted)
    Orders that do not meet minimums may be declined or quoted at adjusted pricing.
  2. Deposits & Payment
    50% deposit is required to start production.
    Remaining 50% is due before delivery/release of goods.
    Orders may not be released until payment is received in full.
  3. Pricing Structure
    All listed prices are per piece, per print location and include:
    Garment
    Printing labor
    Screen setup and films
    Standard inks (plastisol or water-based)
    Standard production materials/techniques
    Pricing is tiered by quantity and assumes standard production conditions. Final pricing is confirmed at estimate approval.
  4. Estimates & Final Pricing
    Online pricing tools provide estimates only. All estimates are reviewed before production. Final pricing may be adjusted based on:
    Garment color and fabric
    Size run (including extended sizes)
    Print complexity
    Ink type or specialty processes
    Approved estimates are issued through QuickBooks and must be accepted before production begins.
  5. Garments & Sizing
    Pricing assumes XS–L unless otherwise specified. Extended sizes may be subject to upcharges (confirmed during estimate review):
    XL - 3XL: additional charge per piece
  6. Print Locations
    Prices include one print location. A second print location may be added per piece based on order quantity:
    Small batch: +$6 per piece
    Standard production: +$5 per piece
    Volume: +$4 per piece
    Maximum of two locations per garment.
  7. Ink Types & Specialty Processes
    Standard inks (plastisol and water-based) are included unless otherwise noted.

    Discharge Printing (Premium Add-On)
    Discharge printing is an optional premium add-on. Pricing and availability are confirmed during estimate review, and any discharge charges will be reflected in your estimate.

    Printing on dark garments may require an underbase layer; jobs requiring additional screens or steps may be quoted or adjusted.
  8. Artwork & Approvals
    Customer-supplied artwork must be print-ready. Changes requested after proof approval may result in additional charges or delays. Crosshatch Press is not responsible for errors approved in final proofs.
  9. Production Timeline
    Standard turnaround is 2–3 weeks (plus shipping) after estimate approval and receipt of all required assets. Rush orders may be available for an additional charge and must be approved in advance. Timelines are estimates and may vary due to supply chain, production volume, or complexity.
  10. Shipping & Pickup
    Shipping costs are calculated based on order size, destination, and carrier. Local pickup may be available by appointment. Crosshatch Press is not responsible for carrier delays once orders leave our facility.
  11. Cancellations & Changes
    Orders cancelled after approval may be subject to charges for work completed. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  12. Samples, Variations & Industry Standards
    Minor variations in ink color, placement, and registration are inherent to screen printing. Sample photos are representative and not guarantees of exact reproduction.
  13. Agreement
    By submitting an order request, approving an estimate, or proceeding with production, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
